Personal training is available in-person (your home/ anywhere your convenience e.g. park, community/home gym and online.

I focus on training core muscle, the foundation of the body which supports and controls whole body.
Without strong foundation, correct form in any exercise and sports and a good posture in daily life cannot be sustained.

Encourage them that everyone is different and the goal is not the same. No matter how long it takes, they will reach the goal so dont give up.

First, looking back how you have lived (daily routine, what you eat regularly, and daily activity) and then notice the problem and fix it

When a client can do what he/she could not in the first place. Most female clients, for example, cant push up w/o getting on their knees. After months of training, they could do it finally.
In addition, when my client reports that he/she has felt better since they got the training session.

I have been working out for decades and never thought about training someone as a business. When some of my friends notice about it, they told me to start own business from training people because there are people who want to exercise but dont know the right person.

I offer varieties of training program and i welcome everyone regardless of age, gender, experience and anything new people are worried about. I have gained a number of certificates because everyone is different and has differnt goal so hopefully my programs attracts them.

If they wish, i will provide online training. However, to provide satisfaction for myself and clients, i would ask them to get exercise equipments (e.g. kettlebells, clubs, mace, trx..).
Otherwise, it would be a light body weight training (which is good for total beginners though).

Public places open and almost all the businesses are open since the end of June 2021, i keep wearing mask and try to distant from the clients as possible.
There have been nobody who had covid since they started my training.

Learning to use this ancient exercise tool properly (form, how to transfer the power from the mace)
Great total body exercise!
