I live the life I teach. I’ve been an avid lifter since a teenager, and I have over 24 years of my own fitness journey including times of falling off. I like helping people that are serious about their goals and have the drive to go after them.

Full service, old school gym with a family feel. No other place like The Muscle Mill. This is where tradition meets strength.

I'm still trying to figure out how a 50-year-old couch potato like me ended up at a serious weightlifters' gym! And this place is serious: lots of hardcore machines and the dedicated lifters who use them. But mixed in amongst the bodybuilders are regular folk like me who just want to tone up, get healthier, and be part of the Muscle Mill family. The owners, Michele and Dave, are caring, lovely people who make every visit a personal experience. I've been training with Michele for a month now, and I look forward to her smiling encouragement and boundless enthusiasm, as well as getting my tush kicked every session. This really is a place for everyone, no matter their muscle mass or weightlifting goals!

This gym is great. I've been going to gyms regularly since 1999. This gym is clean, it has every machine you need, the people who work there are nice and most of the members have gym etiquette and put the weights away. It might be smaller than some other ones in the area but the machines are top of the line. Yes it gets busy at the peak times but still worth joining. I have been going there for years, then stopped to work at another one. When I stopped working at that other one I made sure to join Retro that night. If your looking to join a gym in the area you wont find an all around better one for price, value and everything else you might look for in a gym.
