I'm still trying to figure out how a 50-year-old couch potato like me ended up at a serious weightlifters' gym! And this place is serious: lots of hardcore machines and the dedicated lifters who use them. But mixed in amongst the bodybuilders are regular folk like me who just want to tone up, get healthier, and be part of the Muscle Mill family. The owners, Michele and Dave, are caring, lovely people who make every visit a personal experience. I've been training with Michele for a month now, and I look forward to her smiling encouragement and boundless enthusiasm, as well as getting my tush kicked every session. This really is a place for everyone, no matter their muscle mass or weightlifting goals! More...
