I love this place you are treated like family & everyone is so pleasant ! Not sure if the long drive from NC messed me up or the partying but since Tuesday night I’ve been in sooooo much pain my lower back went out on me or just out of place. ... Dr Spano introduced me to the Ideal Protein diet program on Feb 4 2019. I was skeptical at first but Dr Spano and his wife  Isabella Spano assured me the program was a healthy weight loss choice supervised through the process. I highly recommend CS&W to anyone working through an injury. I spent about 5 weeks with their team initially recovering from a lower back injury and subsequently improving my posture, flexibility, and body mechanics. This is my 20th year of martial arts study, and my current tai chi teacher told me that this is the best she has seen me, that I look better than before the injury. My girlfriend says I look taller ;) The time and effort were well worth it.The facility is clean. I've been coming to see Dr. Spano for the last 5 years and is one of the best Chiropractors I've ever been to. I've watched him expand his practice and staff over the last few years which is great to see. Even when I moved a few towns over and knew it would be a little hike to get here I still choose to do so. When you find a practice that takes care of their patients like family you will not leave. Happy people's place, that what I would call, half the battle is won seeing amazing Doctors and the staff members. I was in excruciating pain when I went there. With Dr. P's (adjustments) and Lisa (masseuse) expertise I am nearly cured.Lisa has gifted hands and amazing personality. I have never had this good of massage before. Dr. Spano and his staff are very nice and professional. I came to Dr. Spano for neck pain and dizziness causes by tight neck muscles. Before coming to this office,  I'd been to two other chiropractor's who sold me a bunch of bologna and no results! I've been suffering with dizziness for one year!!! I've also been to every doctor under the sun. I had 2 MRI'S and thank God everything came back normal, except for c5, c6 disc hernation. Dr. Spano was the first Dr. To be honest with me, and explained, that he could adjust me over and over, and it would not improve the dizziness, until i started working on the tight muscles first! His Massage Therapist Lisa is the BOMB!! OMG, Ive never had a massage like the one she gives! Lisa gets into the muscle knots (trigger points) and releases those suckers! She's also very kind, and knowledgeable! She explained to me, that muscle has memory, and that it will take a while for me to get better, as the muscles slowy, but surely start to loosen up. I've only been to her twice, and i leave there feeling very light. Also, the dizziness is not as bad, and i can feel it dissipating little by little! I had the most painful pain in my knee I design and build aquariums and I’m always on my knee and this pain has been going on for a long time Frank is one of my customers a great guy when I told him what’s going on with my knee and I couldn’t move and I’ve been in pain for the last few weeks and this is been going on for many years since I was in high school but as I’ve been getting older he has been getting worse today when I was taking care of his tank I told him what was going on he told me to come down to his office and that he could help me out with the treatment he took care of me with a shock therapy and the heating pad not only did it relieve the pain it was able to help me walk and drive let me tell you this procedure that he did today did something that I never thought would be possible again!! Thank you Dr frank Spano!

Simply put, I have suffered with back pain for over forty years. I have tried all methods of treatment to get relief. Nothing doing. Nada, Year after year,.....In retirement. I was recommended to Dr. Spano's group, I took an injection and followed up with Mr Stockely Yip one of the group. It has been approximately one month since then, and I have been and remain pain free with the ability to bend squat jump, and do all the things that caused me all that pain before. Mr Stockley Yin has gold in his hands. He seems to know how to keep me pain free.Thank God for him I am normal again. Dr. Spano and his staff are super sweet and inviting. I have been going to them for years now. They use a variety of methods for treating my pain. I had headaches and pain in my traps � but ever since I have been going there the pain in my traps have gone away, my headaches are less frequent and I am much more conscious of my posture. After each alignment I come out feeling taller lol. All of my family goes them. Within my first three visits I felt so much better, and unfortunately I waited until it was so bad to get help. He and everyone who works there is so welcoming and friendly.
