I actually came across and met Steve while I was at the gym and he was training one of his clients. I really liked his approach and immediately began my sessions with him. As someone who was running on treadmill everyday but had no idea which exercises to dwell into, he did an extremely good job with me. He tuned my back muscles in a month and I can feel the change when I wear my everyday clothes. He was very supportive & encouraging, knew exactly when to challenge to get most out of me. He is very responsive of any queries and I know this because during our association, I had to go out of state but was constantly in touch with him for all my questions.I would have loved to continue with him but had to quit because of my personal reasons.That being said, I have learnt a lot from him in merely one month. I know my body better now, feel educated in nutrition value and know a whole set of really effective exercises. Best part is, that he asked me to message him if I had any question even after the month is over. As much good as he is as a trainer, I feel he's equally nice as a person. I absolutely love 180fitness!!! I got a Groupon for Zumba and boot camp classes but after I talked to Terrie the owner and a personal trainer there I decided to do personal training first. After 1 month I lost 15 lbs without trying. I go 3 days a week and look forward to every workout. Terrie works with my strengths and weaknesses (my knees). 180 fitness is a small kindoff boutique fitness center... anyone would feel comfortable and benefit from there top notch training ... it's fun and very effective!!
