Hello, Thank you for stopping by ! I have been in the field of functional fitness , corporate wellness , kickboxing , and yoga for 36 years now ! It is my purpose and my passion. Although I may look an athlete I was once the child that was always picked last(the title of my first book). I had a life changing event when I was 12 years old. My father at 48 passed away unexpectedly.

At Heroes gym, I offer one-on-one personal training sessions as well as small group sessions. I have been passionate about fitness and helping others achieve their fitness goals all my life and have made it my profession since 2015. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing someone accomplish something that they didn’t think was possible. As your trainer I will provide workouts that are tailored to your fitness level and goals, and I will be there every step of the way to ensure we are on the right path to achieve them.

So I have been a member of BHAC for about a year now. The gym meets the needs of city folk. You can get in there and get a quick workout before work or hit it after hours. The community of members and staff creates a family like environment.I have also been using Jay as a personal trainer. All I have to say is he knows his stuff and can create custom trainings to meet your fitness level. His flexibility when it comes to scheduling is outstanding. I travel for work here and there so he will change up times for me and even give me little workouts I can take on the road. I highly recommend this place for someone who works a lot, but also need their gym time quick and easy.

A certified trainer provides a level of personalization that a group class cannot. By focusing on your specific goals—whether that's recovering from an injury or training for a local event—you'll see faster, safer results.
Safety and expertise should be your top priorities. Ensure your coach holds a credential from a recognized body such as NASM, ACE, or ACSM. If you are looking for high-performance athletic training, look for an NSCA-certified specialist (CSCS).
One of the best ways to lower your bill is the hybrid approach. Use a personal trainer for a weekly check-in to perfect your technique, then apply what you've learned in your own solo workouts at the gym or at home.
