In order to obtain the body of your dreams you must be committed to be consistent. Then as motivation drops , discipline, desire and dedication must kick in.
What do you love most about your job?
Everyday I wake up in so way shape or form I am able to help inspire and motivate people to stay fit! Whether it's one on one, online , corporate wellness class, keynote speaking, my books , articles or our training vault , I am able to start a fire to change in someone.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was literally the kid that was always picked last and was bullied constantly. I was a step behind everyone and after my father died when I was 12 , I made up my mind I would become athletic and help others like myself achieve the confidence this bring.
Why should our clients choose you?
I'm a coach and this all I do from sun up to sundown. I live to help people feel fit and be the best they can be no matter what their conditions are. I have a passion for this that most people find infectious and I will do this for hopefully the next 30 years )

We have been providing services worldwide for sometime online. During covid we realized it was the best way to keep out clients consistent. Now we have clients in multiple time zones which helps the world be healthier.
