Q&As

There is nothing that is more important. I've experienced it first-hand and I get clients to realize this more and more each week. I'm a certified nutritionist and combine that with my personal training services. Every bite of food you take will either increase or decrease your risk of chronic, degenerative disease - most of which are preventable, and in some cases, reversible through proper diet and nutrition. Working together, I'll help you incorporate a physique-friendly, immune-boosting meal plan that won't break the bank and won't leave you feeling like you're "dieting."

By empowering them with the knowledge, guidance, and motivation they've been missing.
By dispelling and debunking the many, many confusing and overwhelming myths and misconceptions that permeate this field. My methodologies are based on the latest science in exercise physiology combined with tried-and-true, traditional approaches.

The secret is that there's no secret. There's hard work, dedication, and consistency.

Motivating clients to transform their health, rather than just their physique. Making clients aware of the disease prevention benefits of exercise and proper nutrition.

Trainers stuck working at a gym have their hands tied. The corporate office passes down a cookie-cutter routine and there's no room for creativity or modification.

It's incredibly easy to become certified as a personal trainer. You can get certified in a couple of hours on the internet without ever leaving your home. What sets one trainer apart from another is credibility. Just as you wouldn't take financial advice from someone who just filed for bankruptcy, nor should you accept fitness guidance from the shockingly large number of trainers who are overweight or hypocritical when it comes to how they eat. I walk the walk. I've been at this for 12+ years and most of what I've learned came not from memorizing textbook theories but from the application of that knowledge having worked with the full gamut of clientele: athletes, bodybuilders, law enforcement and military personnel, and the average Joe/Jane. Unlike most trainers, I have a background in nutrition. Mark my words: you WILL NOT achieve optimal results without the right diet. This goes far beyond downing a protein shake after the workout ends. I include meal planning in my rate.
