I have been working out at Popp's Personal Fitness since 2013. I am 54 years old and my workout partner (my mother) is 74. TJ really focuses on proper form and technique and guides you through all exercises. Safety is a priority with him. We have varied workouts: weights, core, cardio, balance, and functional. I have lost about 40 pounds and gained a lot of strength. When we had our "1 rep max out" day, I dead-lifted 225! I only weigh 130! TJ motivates you to push yourself, not give up, and realize that your body can do more than you think it can. TJ also encourages you to eat a clean diet and get proper rest and hydration. I have seen him work out and know that he practices what he preaches. TJ is the real deal!

Great local gym with very friendly staff and very reasonable prices. Their prices are on the website, but they offer month to month memberships with classes and equipment access or just equipment use only.
No major frills, but the machines are in good working order and they have all make muscle groups. They also have a free-weight squat press and bench, a rack of dumbbells, and some cardio equipment.
Overall a great local gym, especially if you live near Mt. Lookout square.

It’s impossible to take these classes and not get fit. Our beginner classes are our most popular classes. We run kids classes at 5:30 on our lower mat while the adults are on the top mat. My sons have won NAGA Expert and several other NAGA Championships. As well as 1st place in ADCC. In addition FUJI 1st place. The Blair Brothers have won multiple 1st places and come up second and third. They have trained many times with Nathan Fitch and his Academy. It is a clean organized top notch facility. He trains Muai Thai and Jiu-jitsu. If it wasn't for who he is and the staff's excellent training we would not travel 3 hours plus hours just to train with him and his staff.

Everyone has to start from somewhere. Whether you are a superstar athlete or someone who has dealt with obesity your entire life, I want to help you realize what you are capable of. Our workouts are scientifically designed to help you burn fat and build lean muscle mass in the fastest time possible, so that you don't have to log hours of boring cardio on the treadmill. I want you spending less time working out and more time with your family and loved ones. Give me 45 minutes, 1-4 days per week depending on your schedule and budget and I'll help get in the best shape of your life.

I was the Personal Training Director of a gym in town and got tired of feeling like a used car salesman. I got into fitness to help people realize their capabilities and reach their goals. I had a lot of clients who supported me and decided to branch out on my own and get back to focusing 100% on what I love to do.
My workouts are fun and different from your same old boring machine workout and treadmill jog. You will burn fat and build lean muscle doing my workouts in a much shorter amount of time. You will develop a strong core and build lean toned muscle in a private non-intimidating environment.
Yes! We do offer online coaching! Workout from the safety and privacy of your own home with our at home workout options. We offer body weight and band routines as well as limited equipment routines such as dumbbell, bench, pull-up bar, etc. We also offer habit coaching for those looking to create good habits in the kitchen.
We stay on top of cleaning every piece of equipment used as each workout session concludes. Our private atmosphere appointment only workouts allows us to keep classes small and socially distanced.
