Hi! I am a personal trainer and yoga instructor who’s main mission is to help people get moving in the way that will best compliment their bodies and their own abilities. Every body is different, and I’m here to meet you wherever you are. My training style is a blend of strength training and yoga, and I lead many of my clients through guided meditations, while building stability, strengthening the body, toning muscles, and increasing mobility throughout the bulk of each session.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I love helping my clients achieve healthy, functional bodies by meeting them where they’re at and building strong foundations for movement. Circuit strength training is my preferred method of training, with a healthy dose of breath work, body awareness exercises, and mobility training.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
To me, the body of your dreams is a body that is capable of doing the things you want it to do, with minimal to no pain. Functional movement is my main goal, weight loss is just a happy byproduct of the process.
What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people feel better and perform better in their everyday lives.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I’ve always had a passion for health and wellness. After working for a medical equipment company for a decade, I decided it was time to help people prevent ending up on that equipment. I’ve seen first hand how poor lifestyle choices can affect long term health.
Why should our clients choose you?
My client wants to learn about their body, become better able to perform their every day functions, and to feel better about themselves overall. I am not a boot camp style instructor, and don’t agree with the attitude that “more is always more”. Gentle encouragement and accountability are my go-to’s.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Yes! I offer virtual sessions over Zoom or FaceTime.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Any in-person training session is always with masks on. (Both me and my clients). Both of the yoga studios I train out of are well ventilated and only myself and my clients are in the space at any given time, and I stay at least 6 ft away from anyone I am working with to prevent infection. Any equipment is always wiped down with disinfectant after each use. Virtual sessions are also always an option.
