About

Founded in 2014, J2FIT Strength and Conditioning has been dedicated to helping men and women, of all ages and abilities, achieve a higher level of fitness, health, and optimal well being (physical and emotional).

We offer 1-on-1 personal training (in-person), online 1-on-1 virtual coaching, remote exercise and nutrition programming (online), and fitness-based mobile app workouts.

We design customized workout plans and nutrition programs, and carry them out LIVE over Facetime or Zoom calls. We help clients navigate crowded gyms or home gyms to get amazing workouts and results.

Working hard, having a plan, and having the resources and team to help you stick to it for long periods of time (there are NO shortcuts).

Working with people who want to work, just need help... and seeing their progress and happiness.

We enjoy helping everyone explore their own journey to fitness.

Our coaches are all experienced, professional, and educated. We work with a diverse range of clients, from beginners to advanced lifters, to youth to aging populations, and even work with individuals who have pre-existing medical conditions or injuries. You are not just another client, another number, or another $ day for a trainer. Our trainers care, and have been working with people online and in person for over a decade.

We provide online services, however we also do offer in person coaching in New York City and Cincinnati, Ohio.

We are online, so we have not had to make any adjustments. We do write custom programs based on the facilities or equipment people have access too, and when Covid hit we needed to write programs that were suitable at home workouts, that way our clients fitness and training could continue to improve.

Services

We offer customized 1-on-1 virtual personal training and nutrition coaching. All you need is a mobile device or tablet, access to the internet, and we will conduct training sessions LIVE with you over FaceTime or Zoom.

You can do your sessions in your home gym, or go to a gym and have us with you every step of the way.

Don't need a LIVE coach? Let us design a program for you, and offer you weekly check-ins, review videos of your lifts for form corrections, and give you diet and nutrition guidance every step of the way.
