Consistency!! I have found that consistency has been the key for making solid progress when having a good workout routine. I have noticed that clients that come into the gym 3 times per week make faster progress then clients that see me twice per week.

What inspired you to start your own business?

Having the ability to form my own style and my own guidelines for helping others!!

Yes, I do have a remote program!! The way my remote program works is we setup a time to chat through FaceTime or Skype. From there we do a quick assessment which allows me to see underlining muscle
Imbalances and gives me the feedback to put together a solid workout routine for your goals.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

We clean all of our gym equipment frequently!! We also offer masks as well!!
