We work together to determine the barriers that have been holding you back and implement strategies on how to overcome them.

Barriers include bad habits, muscle imbalances, injuries, pain, chronic health conditions, lack of motivation, feeling lost in the ocean of misinformation, and so many others.

Once we understand what what they are and how they are effecting you, we can then plans ways to break them down by implementing a balanced, flexible nutrition plan, a fitness plan designed specifically for you and your needs, habits coaching, corrective exercise, everything you need to get to where you need to be.

1. Understand what you are actually looking for.
2. Determine the reason(s) why it matters.
3. Education. Understand what you need to do to accomplish your goals (such as seeking out a professional).
4. Find Support. Friends, family, a trainer/coach, have a support system.
5. Do the work. Make it a priority, put the time in.

People! I love working with people and getting to help improve their everyday lives! I got into training because I liked how exercise had changed my life and I stayed because of the people I get to work with!

Covid-19 played a big role. I work with a lot of high-risk clients that didn't feel comfortable going to the gym. The opportunity to have my own space then came and I took it. Onw of the biggest benefits is that it gives me the flexibility to work with clients however I may need to.

Yes, I have several online options ranging from bi-weekly to weekly check-ins to full virtual one-on-one sessions. I have used Trainerize for year to deliver your program right to your phone and typically use Zoom for video calls.

Virtual sessions are always available. In the studio we can easily maintain social distancing and mask wearing. I clean all the time and after each client. Overall, it's a pretty low traffic space that is easily manageable.
