How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I teach you how to train yourself! By correcting exercise form, you will move better in everyday life and in the gym and you will feel more energetic. You burn more calories and train safely, which is the #1 consideration. Stick with me for a period of time and you will learn the principles of exercise plus good exercise form. At that point, you won't need a trainer any more. You will train yourself.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Matching the right workout plan with a nutrition plan that you can maintain life-long. Crash diets will make you even fatter when you get off them. Learn how to eat according to your goals AND find a workout style that suits your needs. Not all workouts are the same!
What do you love most about your job?
Watching people "get it" regarding why the kettlebell is special. Moving better means you can lift a heavier kettlebell which in turn burns more calories in a shorter amount of time. You will need personal training to get that.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to actually help people, not sell fitness packages like at the big-box gyms. I had to be independent for that reason. I started my first gym in 2008 and we sold in Dec. 2019 just before covid hit. I had 10 trainers and two locations. We moved here in 2020.
Why should our clients choose you?
I put the client's need first. I'm dedicated to education because that's how you bring value to the client. I have 15 fitness certifications and I'm working on 5 more right now. I have trained 1000+ other personal trainers in my personal kettlebell system and taught them how to get great results.

I'm fully setup to provide online services. i can see people in-person, online, or a combination of both.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
My reaction to covid was to get certified in breathing exercises! Yes! I can teach you to BREATH better. Emphasize strengthening the body by eliminating weaknesses and you will increase your ability to resist disease.
