Consistency. The best diet or exercise program is the one you'll stick with. Achieving optimal health is based on learning to love yourself and building the habits required for a healthy lifestyle. As much as we want it to be true, it doesn't happen overnight. Real behavior change takes time. Changing your body takes time. We help you on every level to achieve the results you are willing to commit to.

What do you love most about your job?

I am surrounded by people doing awesome things with their lives. One client is a rocket scientist biking across the country at the moment. Another is a lawyer making the world a better place. It brings a lot of positive creative energy into my space. What's not to love?

What inspired you to start your own business?

Looking for a trainer when I first needed one was disappointing. It seemed like everyone wanted to prove to me what they could do instead of listen to my struggles. I didn't understand my body....AT ALL. I needed a skilled teacher with patience, compassion, and understanding. Learning my body's abilities made me appreciate all the great teachers in my life.

I've learned that my best skill is the ability to make learning fun as well as helping people understand movement. I'm lucky in that my business is both something I'm great at and enjoy immensely.
