I have known Melissa/Life Wellness Lab for a while and have participated in several of her workshops. Melissa really walks her talk. She lives what she teaches. I took a 21 day metabolic reboot workshop after a pre-diabetes diagnosis. The information, principles and even recipes for the day to day lifestyle has changed my life. I learned so much, even thinking I was a healthy eater. Her passion for helping you throughout the program continues long afterwards. Many small tweaks and nuggets of information helped me understand how food effects your health. I've lost nearly 20 pounds and have kept it off for 18 months. I was extremely impressed with Melissa's knowledge and information on health and nutrition based on wholefood diet.
Melissa has made a positive impact on helping me with nutrition. She got me focusing on my nutritional needs. sets up nutrition goals to achieve daily and offers weekly phone calls, zoom meetings with the entire group, and email check-ins. The check-ins kept me motivated and able to understand changes I needed to make to meet my goal of losing weight and becoming healthier without needing hormone supplement creams.

Melissa has been an incredible resource for me as I navigate my digestive health and overall wellness. While western medicine checked some big boxes (thankfully), it wasn't progressing me towards true health and wellness.

After talking with Melissa I signed up for her 21-Day Metabolic Reboot Program and was super impressed with her philosophy and structure of the program. I learned a ton and had great results where I had struggled in the past with similar concepts.

What Melissa was able to do was nothing short of life changing. I really thought there was no hope for me ever losing weight after my thyroid issues and a lifetime of eating disorders but within the first week I was losing weight and had control of my macros, glucose and keytones. Although I did not do all the diet recommendations, I found Melissa was able to provide me with such useful information. I learned so much about how nutrition and food impact my metabolism. The weekly zoom classes were great. I was very impressed with how well she met everyone where they were and give them useful tools for moving forward.
