How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I help my clients work on incremental changes in habit that last a lifetime. We work together to address the mental blocks that get in the way of achieving goals.
What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is working with people to see their own power. I as a coach am there to help facilitate my clients growth and help them realize that they can ultimately achieve anything they set their mind to.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start my own business so that I could help a wide array of people who may need access to fitness and health but may not feel comfortable going into a gym.
Why should our clients choose you?
My clients should chose me because I am encouraging, I listen to and work with my clients to help them understand their habits and how to move through them and toward success. I also write training programs that are catered to each individuals needs. No cookie cutter programs in my book!
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
All of my services are online. I meet with my clients via zoom or FaceTime for check ins on their progress. I also use an application named truecoach to send all the workouts to my clients with demo videos on how to do each exercise.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have moved all my services online. Any in person sessions are done with a mask outside.
