I trained with Will for 6 months, plan on picking it up again as soon as my schedule settles down. Will is great! His home gym is well equipped and comfortable, the workouts are variable and he taught me exercises I would have never tried otherwise. Will helped me to gain the confidence to take on the gym on my own, whereas before gyms were do intimidating. From my six months with will, I noticed a major change in the definition in my arms and legs, clearly muscles that weren't getting worked enough. I lost fat and gained muscle, and gained a whole ton of confidence I did not have before. Will’s helpful, effective and safe exercises gave me my post-baby body back. Not only did I lose all the baby weight (35 lbs), I’m now 10 lbs lighter than before I got pregnant, I feel stronger and more toned all over. Will is very knowledgeable about a wide variety of exercises and always modified them to fit my fitness level. Every workout is designed differently so I never feel bored. Will has had a possessive effect on my quality of life. His patronized customized training programs benefit those of all levels. No only have I enjoyed them my young adult former Div 1 soccer star also trainied with WIll prior to going over seas to play in the Scottish Premiere Futball league. She never looked more fit after working with Will, including the Div 1 NCAA training she received in her collegiate career. I’ve been working with Will for about three months. I have enjoyed my time with him. He is knowledgeable, sensitive, compassionate, and dedicated to his profession. I chose Will because I wanted a trainer that could afford me the opportunity to workout In my living room on the floor with a few items such as bands and weights. I didn’t want to go to a gym anymore and I didn’t want to have to purchase a ton of equipment, so Will was the perfect match for me for that reason. He was also the perfect match for me because I have a permanent neck injury from being rear ended four years ago and he is sensitive to that injury and we always find ways to work around it. I highly recommend Will to anybody any age any fitness level, any budget, any schedule. He is affordable and I like that I can see him every other week and he prescribes me workouts through a personalized app. More...

I decided it was time to make a change when I realized I weighed 238 lbs and was becoming a grandmother for the first time. I wanted to enjoy my time with my grandson but I was taking prescription drugs for hypertension and cholesterol and didn’t feel very healthy. I have always had trouble with my weight and I was scared to start an exercise program because everyone at the gym already looked so fit and healthy I felt out of place.Will helped me to see things differently. He taught me that you don’t have to do a strenuous workout in order to reach your goal. A lot of people do too much when trying to get in shape, and I was one of them. He made it easy. He taught me that I just have to do a little better day by day, which I really liked and made me feel comfortable.I am now off of the prescription drugs that I was taking for years. Will is the best trainer for me. I have been working out with him for three years now and have made continuous progress in gaining strength, coordination and stamina. I love my healthy body. I am 60 years old and am probably in the best shape of my life. Will has always helped me go beyond my own limitations in a safe and sane way, which has allowed me to trust my body and the process of working out. Will is knowledgeable and always has the perfect suggestion for anything that comes up about nutrition and general health. I have come to truly love working out. I recently completed a group 30-day health reboot program that was co-facilitated by Will. The program included a month of group personal training sessions, which were well executed and facilitated by Will. First of all, let me say that I do not enjoy working out, I've never liked going to the gym, and I definitely don't like pain.  Will somehow "tricked" me into liking all of the above.  He's knowledgeable, caring and funny, and he has a way of lightly pushing you (me) without my even knowing it, but not so far that there is pain.As much as I resist working out, believe it or not... We will work on changing some unhealthy habits so we can reach your goal in a realistic way. Change is hard. As a team, we can get you where you want to be. There will be work but I'll be there to help you every step of the way. Each training session is different and unique. I design my session with strengthening your weaknesses, avoiding or adjusting for injuries, and getting you to your goal. There is no boredom when training with me. I will keep you on your toes and engaged in training.

Consistency. Motivation will fade with time. We all start out with the best of intentions and want to reach that goal no matter what. Once it starts getting tough that can change. Pushing through those difficult times with consistent action is the key to success. There will be times when you miss a workout. You may cheat of your diet. That's perfectly fine. No one is perfect. The quicker you can get back into your consistent training and diet routine then the quicker you'll reach your goal.

Proving that people can do more than they thought possible. There will be times when I have someone move to an advanced version of an exercise or have them lift more weight. They instantly protest and say they can't do it. After a little goading, they give it a try. The look of excitement and pride on their face when they are able to do it is what I love most. It gives them confidence in themselves and in their abilities. This is something they will take with them into their lives beyond training. When you believe in yourself you can do almost anything. I want to give everyone I met that confidence and belief in themselves that will make them unstoppable.

See my loved one around me suffering. They were overweight, unhappy, and seemed to have given up on life in general. I was able to change my life from a similar situation and I wanted to help others do it too. I wanted to motivate, inspire, and give them confidence so they can succeed and become healthier. I have had the privilege to helped many people improve their lives. I look forward to helping you too.

I was sitting in your shoes at one point in time. I was once 280lbs and extremely depressed. I knew I needed a change. I was able to lose weight and change my fate. Many trainers I've met were athletes. They were never in bad shape. They bypassed the struggles to lose weight and the frustration when nothing seems to work. I have gone through it and know the difficult road that you are up against.

Plus you 'll have tons of fun while getting fit. I make sure all of my workouts are fun and different. You'll never know what's coming up on each training day. You'll end up getting fit without realizing it. Throw out that boring workout you've been doing for years. I'll show that there is a better way. You may even end up loving and looking forward to your workouts.
