She. Kicked. My. Ass. But it felt great! The gym is great. You feel right at home as soon as you walk in the door. The people are friendly and Ashley is welcoming. I took the becoming faster (cycle) class with Ashley and it was awesome. She talks you through the workout. She Let's you know clear directions and where you should be in the workout (zones). Bigger plus...she doesn't get off the bike! She is feeling the burn with you! That's a big motivation! Check out this gym! If nothing else you'll burn the nearly 700 calories I burned just to go drink beer.
