How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Learn about present or past injuries. Discuss all fitness experiences, from childhood to adulthood. Learn client’s favorite exercises as well as any dislikes about being in the gym or working out. Discuss their overall fitness, weight loss, and wellness goals, and then develop a plan in either 4-week, 6-week, or 8-week increments. Hold them accountable and help keep them committed by motivating and checking in with them regularly.

Nutrition and exercise. Realistic goals. Commitment.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing others succeed, and knowing that I am part of helping people accomplish a goal that will change their life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Helping others is a rewarding feeling, and I want to do it on my own terms with my own values. Other people who have invested the time to help me achieve goals have inspired me to do the same.

I’m professional and I have fun. I take health and wellness seriously and I want my clients to be challenged, but I am able to make fitness an enjoyable experience with a positive atmosphere.
