I struggled with weight loss for the longest time, trying each new fad out there and nothing really worked. Molly was suggested to me through friends. She helped me understand where I was going wrong in my workouts and how I was preparing my food was adding calories I didn’t realize I was eating. She pushed me to set specific goals and then tailored workouts around those goals! I’ve lost 23 pounds since working with her (about 10 weeks). I feel more confident about my body and I’ve actually seen improvements; not only in my body but also my strength. I finally was able to complete 10 pull ups, which was one of my goals!! She’s also taught me how to balance my days so I’m not cutting any foods out and then tracking each meal so that I optimize my weight loss. We just transitioned to a new phase in the workout program. I can’t wait to go to the gym each day which I attribute to the energy she puts into training me. The last couple months of working with Molly has been nothing short of a saving grace! I hired her specifically weight training and nutrition coaching and consulting and I could not be more than pleased with the results. She tailored a specific training protocol for my exact needs while taking into consideration my busy schedule. Her expansive and in-depth knowledge of nutrition has not only been purposeful in creating a sustainable diet but one that also allowed me to lose weight without feeling like I’m starved. She’s passed on a lot of information and tricks I’ll be able to use in the future. I think the most important is her accessibility. I can reach her at anytime and she readily replies. Before working with Molly, I knew a little about diet plans or workout routines. This caused continuous frustration due to lack of results. After working with her for 3 months, I feel confident with working out. She has opened my eyes and revealed what I was doing wrong. Molly’s approach is concentrated on education and adapting your lifestyle. She genuinely wants her clients to accomplish their goals. As a former college baseball player that was forced to stop playing because my shoulder gave out. I did not believe I was ever going to throw without pain again. Since working out with Molly I’ve not only been able to play catch without pain, but I’ve pitched in an amateur game and felt great! My job is to help you achieve your goals, and I do this in a couple of different ways. First, the initial motivation fades away, and it’s essential to keep the workouts engaging and exciting, so you look forward to them. If you aren’t enjoying them, I need to change something. Second, I enforce accountability by referencing goals and remind you of the bigger picture. It helps by having realistic and attainable goals. Third, I will educate you. There is a reason why we are doing everything. I don’t just throw together workouts. I formulate your training based on you, and this is why you’ll have results. The most important is that with the coaching program, I will be here to support you. I am positive yet realistic. If you need an additional video check-in to help you achieve your goals, you got it. If you don’t know why you’re doing something, I’ll explain it in 20 different ways until you understand. I am passionate about achieving your goals and will be by your side every step of the way.

It’s evident that you need to be consistent with a real program; everyone is always saying consistency is key. The secret is that you have to enjoy your program. You will not put full effort into a program you hate, and then you will not see the full benefits. It has to be sustainable. Everyone can do something for one to two weeks, but can you do this for the rest of your life? That is something people often forget. What it takes to get your dream body, you’ll have to do some variation to maintain it. This is why my intake process has parts where I get to know a little more about you than the typical intake form that only asks health questions. I want to get to know you so I can write a program where you not only see results but enjoy them.

The most rewarding aspect of my job as a personal trainer and nutritionist is seeing different results in my clients' lives, but an overall theme of an increase of confidence. I have a client who played college baseball, and watching his growth surprises me the more and more we work together. His first goal was to build strength, but he suffered a shoulder injury in college. We focused a majority on corrective exercise, and he was able to build strength and pitch in an amateur baseball game without pain (something he never thought was possible).
Learning that I can have this type of impact on someone reminds me why I got into this business.

My goal is to help you achieve your goals. I value education not only for myself but for my clients. I am always getting more certifications and learning the newest trends out there. I will also educate you not to be dependent on a personal trainer and how to cultivate your results. I will continuously be revamping your program, so you do not get bored. I cater to your requirements and help set realistic short-term and long-term goals. Educated in both exercise science and nutrition, you don’t need to go to multiple people; you can come to me for both. I will be supportive and hold you accountable. I am realistic and will be upfront with you in ways that your friends or family members might not be. I also make mental health a priority. I accommodate your schedule and offer flexibility because of my online programming.

Yes! Most of my services are already online. I offer nutrition coaching, online personal training, a macros program, personalized workout programs, online personal training & nutrition coaching together, personal training & virtual sessions, and a consultation. For the macros program and customized workout program, everything is completed through e-mail. The coached programs (nutrition coaching, online personal training, online personal training & nutrition coaching together) are achieved through e-mail, phone calls, video chats, and texting. A phone call or video chat does the solo consultation. If you want to do a consultation by e-mail that is a little more difficult, it can also work. Then the personal training is done in person if you’re in the Scottsdale area. But if you’re not in the Scottsdale area or do not want to do in-person sessions, I do virtual video sessions. All services can be done online or remotely.
