Not only am I down 63 lbs but I’ve lost 9 inches on my waist 😊 I came in kinda worried about this online coaching thing and if it would work and let me tell you…. It was very insightful. I believe I would still prefer an in person trainer…just for that physical accountability. However, what I gained from this was the switch I needed! GoodLife Fitness has been an absolute life changer for me! I am going on two years with them, and I don't plan on stopping any time soon! Darin had reached out to me through social media and at first, I thought it was another MLM or a scam, however it turned out to be the most wonderful program and people that I have worked with! I was assigned to Coach Victoria, who has become my rock in my journey. If it wasn't for her support and encouragement, I would not be successful! Everything that I have done in the past to lose weight has not worked for me.... Victoria is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about health, fitness and helping others. She wants me to succeed and does everything that she can for me to help me transform my mindset and reach my goals in this journey. I absolutely love this program. I was stuck on what to do as far as getting back in track after an injury, good life helped me with taking the proper care to do this. They listen to what I wanted to do they work with me with what I wanted to do which is to run. I’m doing just that. They take time and they listen. They are always available in a timely manner they are respectful they care. The group calls are amazing and it’s a great way to get to know the team. Gooodlife Fitness had an amazing effect on me both physically and mentally. Darin and Ashley were with me every step of the way. I connected with at least one of them daily. They were able to bring out a positive attitude in me and a motivation I hadn't had in forever. They were so both so supportive and they knew just the right amount to push. I was having some physical issues during my program and Ashley planned my workouts to meet my changing needs . Darin always made sure my attitude was in the right place and that I was able to eat nutritiously despite being picky. GoodLife Fitness was exactly what I needed. It was great program, I lost around 11 lbs in 3 months. Nick my personal coach was great and very supportive. His constant motivation and communication on daily basis was really uplifting. Meal plans are incorporated as per my feedback (with in the calorie count) and all the recipes are easy to follow yet delicious. Workout are challenging but visuals/videos/instructions make them easy. This program taught me how important is to change life style and how to follow it even when you are traveling. I learnt the importance of sleep and stress. I would definitely recommend if someone is looking to change their life style and need motivation.

After Covid hit, I stopped going to the gym and doing anything for myself. I found GoodLife online and decided to give it a try. Carly gave me personal goals, personal work outs and a personal meal plan to follow each week. We met weekly to see what works and what doesn’t. We found something that worked to keep me accountable and we communicate throughout the week on progress or challenges. I have lost over 30
pounds and feel like myself again. Carly is supportive and engaging. I would recommend Carly and GoodLife for someone who is ready to work on the fitness goals and needs that extra support.

I have been SO pleased with GoodLife fitness. They have been absolutely amazing. I’ve been specifically working with Trystan, and I have been super happy. He is helping me train for my firefighter CPAT, and with him also being in the fire service he has not only helped me train physically, but mentally. I’ve noticed huge changes in my life not only from the program, but especially from having him as my mentor. Trystan is more like a friend than anything, which makes the mentality of having a personal trainer way more attainable and fun. I would totally recommend these guys to anyone. I've always enjoyed working out but at times I couldn't stick with it… until I started training with Darin and Ashley at the GoodLife fittness. They are flexible when life gets crazy, work, or parenting 😂! They were great about schedules and making sure to always fit me in. Darlin and Ashley are very knowledgable, supportive and motivating. I was held accountable for myself to show up physically and mentally. I've been working out with GoodLife fitness for a year and I look and feel stronger and healthier. I’ve lower my body fat%, improved in endurance, shaving times off races as well facing a goal, my first triathlon. Ashley would get me varies of workouts so I never get bored. She is encouraging and pushes me to work hard and smart. Darin played huge roll in the mental part. It just wasn’t showing up physically it was a mental mind set. Just like any other discipline, it takes consistent attention focused on the right areas. With practice, you’ll become more resilient, focused, and optimistic.

Coaches Darin and Ashley have been amazing to work with. They really get to know you, body mind and spirit. They understand if you slip up but are always encouraging to get you back on track. Since September I have lost 30+ pounds. I am definitely gaining muscle and my body composition is getting to where I want it. It was a really great program! They had call with me every week; they made sure I got up and did my workout or any physical activity; they gave me meal plans and didn't include stuff I dont like; and smoothies🤤♥️
The only down fall I would say is its a bit expensive but if you have the budget for this program I say DO IT!

I have been with Darin for over 18 months now and I can't be happier. I was coming out of an ACL surgery and halfway into my rehab when the pandemic hit. Darin helped me get my strength back, helped me with my nutrition and overall achieve my goals. I was able to climb several mountains, run 20mile race and went from 23 to 18% bf.

As a coach he has been very responsive, proactive in checking up with me, addressing any concerns I had (sometimes even mental ones :)). All round coach not just for fitness but life too.

Really thankful for everything Darin has helped me with.

I rated Hardcore Fitness only 5 stars, simply because I couldn’t add more than 5! I started with hardcore in June of 2021. Fast forward to October 2021 I am down 18lbs and have lost 5 inches off my waist! As a working mother of two boys I struggled with weight loss until I found Darin and Nick. They listened to what I wanted and what I needed and made a plan specific to me! Nick checked in just about everyday to see how I was doing and if I needed anything more. I am so happy I joined Hardcore Fitness. I was in a constant cycle of yo-yo dieting and never fully satisfied with my body image. I had gotten into the groove of working out and had lost 10 or so pounds but it was coming off slower than I would have liked. Darin worked with me to find a coach, Eddie, who was so helpful and knowledgeable in everything he taught me; nutrition, mindset, and weight-loss. I LOVE working with Hardcore... I was a little skeptical to begin. I remember seeing my first week of food planning and ACTUALLY had to pick my jaw up off the ground. Bread!? Bacon!? MAYO!? No way, no how did I think I would be losing real time weight and enjoying such tasty stuff. I’m now 3.5 months in and 18 pounds down. I feel like my relationship with food has gotten so much healthier and I feel so much more freedom. The workouts are also BOMB! Ashley is amazing and always willing to adjust my plan as needed. No matter what shape you are in they are an amazing couple to work with. Sharing photos can be scary but Hardcore Fitness made me feel safe and confident. Any questions I had were answered respectfully and I never felt belittled. Being on the smaller side I did not have a lot of fat to lose. I wanted to tone up and just learn more about how I can better myself. Hardcore Fitness allowed me eat a normal diet, never feeling restricted or hungry yet every check in I was losing inches but gaining them in the right places.
