I have only been working out with Cory for a couple of weeks. I decided to give his gym a try since Intuitive Natural Fitness is a local Apache Junction small business and part of AJ Chamber. Cory keeps in regular contact with me and keeps me motivated. My husband and I have had a great experience with Heather and Corey at InFit. The personal training and nutrition has been truly personalized for us. Corey touches bases with us regularly and is very responsive to any questions that we have had about the nutrition and he truly wants to see us achieve our goals. Heather always makes us feel welcome and and supported in making the changes that we need to be successful, because she has made changes in her life on her fitness journey. The workouts are fun! I'm so engaged that I'm surprised when I see that our 30 minutes are gone, and I walk out ready to take on the rest of the day. I would recommend InFit to anyone who really wants to improve their health, feel better both mentally and physically, learn how to eat foods that are truly good for you, and feel welcome in an environment that is tailored for your success. By improving your nutrition and following any form of exercise will provide longevity. This reduces risks of injuries, health related problems and can decrease body fat and increase strength for daily activities.

We create a program that has phases that each client goes through. Depending on their goals, each phase's period lasts for a given length of time. This helps them visually and physically see progress.

There really is no "secret" but with the right mindset, applying feedback and being patient with the process, you can achieve any result. We educate the client about how long it took them to get to the point they are at which is requiring assistance in some form or guidance. We take an intentional approach in guiding them with our program so they see results as they go, celebrating wins along the way to keep momentum going.

I love helping people realize their potential and with the given resources, education and guidance-how easy it is to maintain healthy habits. Once the "light bulb" turns on, it is absolutely fulfilling because I know they GOT IT!

I was tired of hearing the same issues come up in the industry: "the trainer doesn't stay by my side or doesn't pay attention", "there is no accountability or checking in", clients were treated as numbers rather than people. The nutrition was less than offered, very minimal guidance or highly restrictive in what clients were recommended to eat. We avoid taking away everything and instead explain what we are doing, why it is happening and what the outcome will be if they apply our suggestions.

We take a scientific approach to our programming. This ensures compliance, understanding and trust. Without these concepts, people can struggle with not knowing and I know all too well what that is like to be left wondering "what's next" or "how does this benefit me."

Our program operates online. We have an app that we will do everything through, it is just like having a coach right there because the videos we provide for the exercises are us doing them(along with others) and there is clear instruction throughout the exercises, habit coaching and goal setting.

Since we are remote, we do not struggle with covid but we take it serious when it comes to the clients health and well being when they travel, go out in public or have any questions we can answer accurately and honestly.

Services

We provide an individualized approach in our coaching program to help you achieve your goals, creating small wins along the way, creating habits and healthy nutrition education.

Throughout our programming, we do it in phases. These phases get your body back into balance from previous "diets" that your body adapted to, or the training program that just didn't work. As you progress through the program, we evaluate at each phase, educating you along the way to help you understand why we are taking the approach we chose and what the outcome will look like.
