Through providing one-on-one training, we get to know our clients on a more personal level and can offer better insight on how to make lasting changes.

Simply put - HARD WORK. It will not be easy, but it will be simple. Lasting changes come through discipline and effort. Over time, the changes that you will make for yourself will move from decisions to habit and turn into a lifestyle.

The best part about being a personal trainer is the impact you get to make for someone else's life. Not only do we provide physical changes for someone, but we help guide emotional and lifestyle changes. We hope to change lives one step at a time, helping with little and big personal accomplishments.

To be completely honest, COVID was our initial inspiration for starting our own company. When the gyms shut down we tried to find workout equipment and there was virtually nothing anywhere. We started Howle Fitness as an equipment company, but realized that we wanted more than that. We wanted to help people become better versions of themselves and be able to use our own custom designed equipment to do that. The previous company that we worked for had a complete change in structure, so we both decided to leave and pursue personal training from our home gym.

We want to help people become better versions of themselves. Both of us have a background of bad decision making that led to triumph as we overcame our mental roadblocks. And we are not done yet -- we still find opportunities to grow and never stop challenging ourselves to be better. We want to inspire people to do the same.

Our preference is to do in person training, however, we can provide remote workout plans if someone is interested.

We sanitize our equipment after each client's services.

Services

We offer one-on-one training for weight loss, muscle gain, and toning. We also include lifestyle coaching to help you make changes and keep them.
