When I was enquiring to find a photographer to cover my daughter’s wedding, I had approached many (8) established professionals in the field. Got quotes from all of them. Each had a different approach. Some just asked for location date and duration, whilst some asked a bit more details. Santosh Benjamin of Timeless Studio had a completely different approach. He sought an appointment to come to my house, then discussed even minute details of the event and understood the complete scope properly and then bid for the work. The quote was extremely competitive as well.
Time factor committed to deliver the photographs & video was also a major differentiator. Whilst his competitors required upwards of 4-6months for the photographs & video to be processed & album given, Santhosh committed to deliver initial set of photographs in a few days including highlights video & trailer & complete full delivery within a few weeks.

We had the pleasure of having Robert video our wedding on 7th October and to be honest I didn’t know what to expect (having not used a videographer before!). Robert was absolutely fantastic, very helpful, kind put me and the guests at ease he was brilliant !
He was not intrusive, in fact sometimes you forget he was even there ! Even our guests commented on how they didn’t even notice Robert was present, and to be fair that’s what you want at a wedding. Prior, during and after the wedding his assistance and services have been great very helpful, always responds immediately to any email queries and didn’t seem to mind my endless questions !
