We had a broken catch on an upstairs window. I waited 3 weeks for a quote from a large local company, when I decided I’d give up on them I call Rory at Star Gazing. Rory came out same day to assess the issue. He had to order parts. He advised he’d call me Tuesday to book in an appointment. He did exactly as he promised, called Tuesday, booked appointment for Wednesday and in less than a week the issue was sorted. Rory was polite, courteous and respectful. I found Roy to be a very polite man always greeted you with a hand shake which is a rarity these days . No job was to much trouble he mended the locks and handle on the double glazed doors doors and hinges on the widows and when I cheekily asked if he could put a new loo seat on it was no problem at all . What was impressive he came when he said he would and on time that goes a long way for us as you can plan you your day .
