I really enjoyed Owen’s executive coaching sessions. The speaking exercises were practical and engaging! I especially liked how Owen used acting techniques and applied them to real business scenarios.
The sessions provided great techniques for becoming a more engaging speaker and ensuring your voice is heard with confidence and impact. One of the highlights was the interactive speech practice session. Even though it was delivered virtually, it worked incredibly well and felt highly interactive throughout. Really useful session. We got through a lot in the time we had, and Owen focused in on the stuff I actually wanted help with rather than running through a generic script.
The follow up write up was super useful - breathing, jaw and vocal warm ups, plus some learning tips I hadn’t heard before.

What do you love most about your job?
Bringing practical exercises that directly help people, I'm a huge fan of learning by doing and getting to share that with people and have them report back that it measurably improving their life is huge for me.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've been a freelance Actor for nearly twenty years, at the heart of it is I love working with people, but a pivot into getting to work one-on-one with people is so enriching so when I had the opportunity to join the incredible team at we are Delphi, I jumped at the chance!
Why should our clients choose you?
I try and keep things in the practical where I can. performance and public speaking you will be on your feet and "doing" every session, the same with the art of story telling. I have created sessions from my time at 2 of Europe's top theatre schools, as well as from my own experience in the acting world. With theatre production I have experience getting shows into big London venues such as Jacksons lane and Southward playhouse, as well as national tours and touring internationally. I will not only help you from the ground up and you can learn from my mistakes, but I'll also give you access to my contacts where appropriate.

Public Speaking Coach
Over our sessions I will take you through different elements of Public speaking, from preparation, weather that's rehearsing your text together, to physical preparation, actor lead warm up's for your body and voice.
We will focus on how control over your breath can give you greater control over your outer world, but also help calm your inner world.
and together explore vocal texture, rhythm and cadence so what you are saying is engaging to the ear as well as to the mind.
