Likely mistaken us for the Checkatrade Sole Trader MCS not the LTD Renovation Company Leaving a false negative review for a business you haven't used is illegal in the UK under consumer protection laws, as it is a form of fake review that purports to be based on a genuine experience. The UK's Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers (DMCC) Act made fake reviews, including false negative ones, illegal from April 6, 2025. This type of activity can lead to legal action against the reviewer by the company, as well as potential action from the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA).

They were really responsive to changes we made mid-project and worked with care and precision. How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
Most garages are relatively straightforward to convert with the only exception being the concrete prefabricated type standalone garages. those ones usually have Asbestos and normally aren't tall enough once the floor is taken care of...
