What inspired you to start your own business?

Having the freedom to apply my experience and philosophy of health and fitness is very rewarding. I initially worked for a health club in Chicago for 7 years where I was a personal trainer and then fitness director to over 100 employees. It was a great experience but it directed my time to more operational issues and got me away from teaching and training clients which are best suited for my talents.
