I have spent my whole life searching for meaning. My endless curiosity and questions have taken me to places I could never have expected - good and bad. But what has remained a constant in my life was my connection to Universal Consciousness. I came to a point that I just wanted to share what I have come to know and experience. I was literally bursting at the seams to create a line of work that would allow me to do this. I had always known about Rieki and was a true believer in the practice. I had a light bulb moment a few years back when I felt my career was dying. I was at a stage in my life that I was shedding an existence that's expiration date was just around the bend and I knew I needed to find another line of work, one that would fulfill me. And that's what I did.
Clients will know when they meet me that I really care. I am a true empath and I want to bestow healing on them and show them a better way of living.
Currently, my services are only in-person. However, that will be changing in the not-so-distant future, where I will also be offering my services remotely.
I will be offering a space that is private, so there will be no issues for social distancing. If a client feels more comfortable wearing a mask, I am completely fine with what makes sense for them.

It is hard to put into words the profound shift in energy that I felt when working with Katrina. After a lifetime of anxiety and talk-therapy, I was ready (if not a little skeptical) to lean into something different when a friend recommended Katrina to me. The best way to describe the experience is to liken Katrina to a guide through my own sub-conscious experience; those places that hold our memories in the fibers of our muscles and organs and non-verbal experience. I would use some words to describe to Katrina the sensation of feeling stuck or frozen in aspects of my life, but it was Katrina’s gentle questions, guiding of breath, and stable presence that seemed to shine a light and lead me to approach those deepest places and allowed them to thaw and open, and then widen. When we would shift from talking to using breath and somatic work, I had some very powerful experiences, recognizing my being as part of the larger energy of the universe, but also feeling literally grounded in the Earth. These experiences were very freeing and healing to know I am never alone, and part of a larger whole. What is amazing about the somatic work and the powerful visualizations I shared with Katrina, is that I can return to these places on my own any time I need or want a reminder of this deep sense of peace and belonging. A funny side note, after one particular session, feeling the release of decades of anxiety and finding a depth of breath and radiation of warmth that I called “the thaw,” Katrina and I were checking in and I laughed aloud as I told her that my new “anxiety” was about the fact that I was not feeling anxiety, and it felt so foreign and strange that my brain didn’t know what to do with this space. Not to fear, I have learned to trust this space and lean into it! No one but you can do the work of freeing yourself from the places you are frozen, but with Katrina as a guide, I did not feel alone in that exploration and she seemed to sense or just know where I needed to go. She has been my biggest cheerleader and still reminds me that I am seen, known, and never alone. The biggest gift you can give yourself is to invite her energy to join yours and let her help you discover a deeper peace and expansive way of being. I have also learned that this gift is not just for me, but that my shift in energy has had positive impacts on others in my life, deepening our love and understanding.
