Walking into this positive and encouraging environment everyday. The clients and the staff mean so much to me, I'm just happy to be doing a job I love and that I'm passionate about.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I couldn't be happier doing what I love each day. I come from family of driven and hard working professional athletes and I've built a strong foundation of hard work and quality work ethic throughout the years from my family. I'm no stranger to getting my hands dirty and showing everyone what it takes to accomplish various goals, anything is possible. I've been in the fitness industry now for 12 years between personal training and being involved in various management positions in big box health clubs, I took a leap of faith and decided to open a studio facility with all the qualities that clients look for; fun, a great workout, a lasting experience with every session and great customer service. I'm looking forward to being a stand out in the community for years to come. Make sure you stop in and say hello! I love meeting new people!
