Mark was great help for me to achieve my goals. He went over the things I like and the things I could do and customized my activities and meals to help me lose 30 lbs in 6 months. Before I started I had very little energy or motivation. He provided me with a meal plan that was custom to my likes so it was not too hard. During the time there was very little times when I was actually hungry even though I felt like I was eating more than I normally do. If you need a change, he will adjust your plan. He has a communication platform he likes to use for others he helps with so you will have a direct message channel if you have any questions which he has always responded almost immediately or someone in the channel can provide feedback or suggestions. After the 6 months I have a ton more energy, my acid reflux is gone, I have not been getting sick as much, and I am feeling so much better that I want to keep feeling this way. Even though I am now at my goal weight I still continue some of the practices I learned from Mark to keep me feeling great all the time. Yes, absolutely! I offer online personal training and nutrition coaching services that are perfect for those who prefer to work out from the comfort of their own home or who have busy schedules. I provide custom exercise and nutrition plans that run for 2 weeks, tailored to your individual needs and goals. With my online coaching services, you'll have the flexibility to work out when and where it's convenient for you, while still receiving the same level of personalized attention and support as my in-person clients.

As a personal trainer, I take the safety and health of my clients very seriously. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, I have made several changes to ensure the safety of my clients, to their comfort level. These include:

1. Virtual training: I offer virtual training sessions as an alternative to in-person sessions. This allows clients to continue working towards their fitness goals while minimizing the risk of exposure to COVID-19.

2. Enhanced cleaning protocols: I have implemented enhanced cleaning protocols in any and all training spaces. This includes disinfecting all equipment before and after each use, and regularly sanitizing all surfaces.

3. Social distancing: During in-person training sessions, I can maintain a distance of at least six feet from my clients. This ensures that we are able to exercise safely while minimizing the risk of exposure to COVID-19.

4. Personal protective equipment (PPE): If desired, I will wear a mask during in-person training sessions, and I encourage my clients to do the same. Additionally, I provide hand sanitizer and encourage frequent hand washing.

By implementing these measures, I am confident that I am doing everything I can to keep my clients safe while helping them achieve their fitness goals.
