I am a Certified Personal Trainer through ACSM, a Certified Health Coach through ACE, have a B.S. in Health Promotion/Wellness, and am currently a graduate student in Applied Nutrition on my way to becoming a Registered Dietitian. I've been in the fitness industry for 7 years and have worked with individuals of all backgrounds for the past 3 years, from high school athletes and college students, all the way to middle aged men and women who have busy lives with either work or children.

Zachary's online coaching helped me physically and mentally. Physically helped me gain muscle mass and strength. I help clients by giving them all the tools and feedback they need to reach their goals, all with an evidence-based, individualized approach without any fads, diets, or products that do nothing but waste money and time.

Consistency is the most important thing to reach your goals! You can try all the different methods in the world, but if you're not able to stick with it long-term, you either won't be able to reach it, or be able to keep it once you get there! Make sure you use an approach that best fits your own life, body, and preferences!

I love being able to help other people reach their health and fitness goals. I love being able to educate, guide, and inspire others to make changes in their own lives so that they may be able to become healthier and achieve the goals they set.

I grew up relatively overweight and living an unhealthy lifestyle. In high school I decided to start making changes and get to where I always wanted to be, but I was constantly struggling with misinformation and gimmicks that simply don't work or are marketed to do something they don't actually do. I eventually started learning about nutrition, exercise science, physiology, health psychology, etc. and after applying what I learned, I began making progress. Dealing with misinformation and struggling is what pushed me to want to help others who might be in the same boat as me.

I use an evidence-based, personalized approach so that each person is able to make sustainable changes that are realistic for their own life circumstances. I've been in the shoes of a lot of people looking to reach their goals, from struggling to lose weight and yo-yo dieting, finally losing weight and wanting to build muscle to actually competing in a bodybuilding competition after prepping myself and coaching other physique athletes. My college education and experience working with different populations either in college practicums, coaching high school athletes, training and consulting at a local gym, or through my own online business.

I operate fully online, but suggest individuals follow local rules and ordinances regarding safety measures.

-Weekly check-in to review the previous week (energy levels, mood, sleep quantity/quality, water intake, did you stay on track with the set goal) and make adjustments or changes for the following week
-24/7 support to contact me whenever help is needed!
