I am a Certified Personal Trainer through ACSM, a Certified Health Coach through ACE, have a B.S. in Health Promotion/Wellness, and am currently a graduate student in Applied Nutrition on my way to becoming a Registered Dietitian. I've been in the fitness industry for 7 years and have worked with individuals of all backgrounds for the past 3 years, from high school athletes and college students, all the way to middle aged men and women who have busy lives with either work or children. I am a natural bodybuilder and specialize in body composition, weight loss, and muscle gain, as well as working on making behavior changes and lifestyle modification. I use an evidence-based, client centered approach and work with each individual to come up with a plan that best fits them and their lifestyle. My main demographic I primarily work with are 18-40 year old individuals looking to gain weight, build muscle, make lifestyle changes, and with physique competitors.
