I started at Fitness Revolution with the 6-week weight loss challenge. That ended almost a year ago and I'm still going! After those 6 weeks I knew I couldn't quit. The workouts are awesome and Jeremy is great about helping you with your form to get the best results possible. He knows a ton about nutrition and is always helping me with that. He really looks at lifestyle changes and not just exercise! I workout with a group of usually 2-5 other people and everyone is very supportive. This is the place to be if you want to get in the best shape of your life. Jeremy is the best at what he does and if you have the drive and discipline he'll guide you there. The workouts are fun, challenging, safe and most importantly, quick. You're in and out in 30 minutes and in the two years I've been working with him I've never suffered an injury. I've been going for personal training for just about a month now. Before I tired after two circuits of warm-ups. Now I'm getting different exercise cycles that are fun and challenging to do. Before I could hardly walk my dog with hip and back pain. Now walking is pain-free. When I first started, I was concerned because I'm out of shape and didn't want to fall behind or get berated. I give them a foundation to be able to make progressive and continual improvements. This is done through many avenues in life. I have a blueprint for people to change over the long term.

Understanding what that is and then if a person is able to get that. We must first decide what works for lifestyle, background and demographics. Most have fallen for confusion and information. We establish the exact plan and how to for the goals that are possible.

When I see people transform their lives small or great. I especially love it when someone has not been able to commit but then end up working with me for 5 years as an example.

Many do not understand the importance of recovery and how to change habits long term. I saw a need for psychology and physiology to be connected. I also have been studying habit formation and behavior change since college.

Without a doubt my experience and knowledge along with my compassion and desire to see them improve. I will do whatever it takes to see improvement in others and have dedicated my life to wellness transformation. In fact, I have trained over 20,000 sessions.
