I've been a member at Klahanie Anytime Fitness since January, 2017 when I moved to Sammamish. The gym is always clean and the equipment variety is excellent. The owner David is often at the gym and is very friendly and accommodating to members' requests. They offer a great variety of classes and personal training is available.

I posted on yelp a review in 2014 ! And what I have to say about this place is simply the same. I still use their nutrition services but since then I added personal training sessions and bootcamps.
It is not a gym where u go and feel the sales pressure most of the times they will give you advises even if they have nothing to gain.
Most of the time you will find it empty or with a few people.
It depends on the personal trainer that you pick but mine doesn't send me every day check-in texts/emails etc. So if you are in need of that you might be disappointed. I personally do not like to be micromanage so this works great for me!.
I believe this place is making me stronger mentally and physically and I never felt this healthy.

In a busy area like Issaquah, the biggest benefit is accountability. You aren't just paying for a workout; you're paying for a professional to ensure your form is perfect and your time isn't wasted on exercises that don't work for your body.
A reputable trainer must be certified. Look for certifications from accredited organizations. The most respected in the US are NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), ACE (American Council on Exercise), ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine), and NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association)—particularly the CSCS for athletes.
To keep costs down, consider small group training. By grabbing a few friends and splitting the session fee, you get expert attention for a fraction of the price. Additionally, ask about 'Commit and Save' deals where buying upfront lowers the per-session rate.
