Being happy and comfortable in your “dream body” comes from feeling: confident, mentally and physically strong, successful in your efforts, aware of the things in and out of your control. Your “dream body” is mindset just as much as a physical condition. But, if you aren’t committed to and working toward a goal, you can only expect less than or mediocre results. Getting where you want is possible, if you can learn to make the right decisions and take the right actions that are in line with your goals.

What do you love most about your job?

My job is so fulfilling because I empower people to feel strong and confident in their own body and not accepting less than their full potential. In today’s society we consider chronic pain to be normal and expected, when it should be prevented and avoided. When you move well, you feel well, and you have more energy to focus on what you want to. Helping people achieve this is what I love most about my job as a Personal Trainer and Coach.

What inspired you to start your own business?

Covid-19 was the biggest push to create a new business - because my impact and reach became limited along with our physical interactions. By starting on our own, we are able to reconnect with our community and continue to make the impact our clients deserve.
