I would 100% recommend to Goodly Fitness to anyone and everyone. I chose possibly the worst time in history to start working out again, and here Jeremy comes. ...taking this impossible task and making it 100% doable...from 2000 miles away. I used to be a trainer for 6 years so you would think..Sara can't you just do this on your own? Don't you know what to do? Yeah.... I lack any kind of motivation or accountability. Jeremy keeps me accountable to a program that is completely manageable and does it so I don't have to think. I make over 500 decisions a day, being a mom and working full time during this quarantine from HOME. I have to decide what my kids are eating, what are we getting from the grocery store, what I'm doing, what documents need to be sent to clients, who do I need to follow up on? Did my son get his medicine? Is my daughter's shirt too short/= What else? I don't want to have to think about what I'm going to do for myself... Jeremy takes care of that for me. I can just wake up and roll out of bed and DO IT. No second thought, no making excuses...,just getting it done. Also, he listens to what I like and what i HATE and makes adjustments so I can actually sort of enjoy what I'm doing. If doesnt show what great work he does.... y'all he is getting me to run...outside...on the street..... That hasn't been done in 7 years. Jeremy has never made me feel bad for letting myself go. He has never talked down to me because he knows I know better but am just choosing poorly. HE has been NOTHING but positive and motivating. So blessed to have him as a trainer and I'm so grateful that he got me to take care of myself again. Forever grateful for you More...

It's important to establish a starting point. Each person will be at a different level as well as have different goals. I start by discussing the goals that wish to be achieved, understanding the customers background and fitness level, then create a program that will propel the customer to accomplishing their goals.

I absolutely love seeing progress. As a trainer/coach it literally gives me the chills to see the magic in the making. When goals are accomplished it is the best feeling to celebrate in that together.

I have been an athlete for many years. I have found that all people need additional education, guidance, and support to meet whatever goals they wish. I love helping people, I love fitness and nutrition, I love being able to help people better themselves.

I have a deep knowledge and enormous desire for fitness and nutrition. I believe with the right support and tools in place, anybody can get to where they want to be. I will always do everything I can to help a person do that.
