What inspired you to start your own business?

I have always had an entrepreneurial desire from my father who is an entrepreneur as well. I worked in big box gyms, for other employers & realized; “Why am I growing someone elses dreams instead of my own?” Being self employed means I am able to develop quality relationships with my clients & decided that the best return will always come from investing in yourself.

As a certified personal trainer for 13+ years & a bachelors degree in athletic training I come with a greater base of knowledge & experience that a lot of other trainers may not have. I hold myself & my brand to a level of professionalism & enjoy developing real relationships with my clients.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

Yes, I do offer online training & guided meal outlines for my remote clients so that they can conduct their workouts in a timing that best suits their schedule. It is done through an app with accountability because my clients have to check in before & after they perform their workouts. It also comes with messaging so they can leave questions or comments after/ during the program.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

In person training is done in a private training facility which means no open memberships. We also take cleaning precautions with spray bottles & towels wiping down equipment before & after use. Also our facility has a cleaning service that performs weekly disinfecting spray downs of the entire facility.
