As a trainer for almost 13 years, making sure you are comfortable is the upmost important thing to me! Understanding what YOUR bullseye is and WHY you want reach your goals is a small part of why I do what I do! Personal training is about having a plan and sticking to it, which is better than no plan at all and not having anyone to help you get on the right path to get there!!

My name is Hunter. I suffered an extreme injury to my spine in the middle of my high school baseball season. After the injury I assumed my physical goals were out of reach. I had surgery on my back and was quickly allowed to return to athletic activities. As I began working out again, my family searched for a physical therapist. We could not find one and heard great things about FBT and decided to give it a try. I was introduced to Chris Vega, one of the Exercise Physiologists that works for FBT. I have seen him many times in the last couple months and can say with certainty he is the most positive and most encouraging person I have been blessed to work with. In the last couple of months I have surpassed my athletic ability from before my injury. He has influenced my life as much as he has my health. I would recommend Chris and the rest of the team at FBT to anyone!

I found this place last summer while stopping on my way to some training in San Antonio. I told the guy I was Military and I just needed a lift on my way to SA, he didn’t ask for anything - just let me lift. I loved it so much that I got to Fort Hood Sunday for a week and I decided to make the 45 minute drive just to lift here every day. When I told the guy I was only in town for a week, he charged me $25 and just told me to bring my receipt all week - no trying to sell anything, no nagging about memberships, no referring people or asking for my number and email to spam me with join; just pay and lift. I’ve been places where they wouldn’t let me get a week / charged me $15 a day instead. Or they got all my info and continue to call me about joining when I don’t live there. It’s a real gym with grunting, slamming, lifting and grinding; nothing fancy or gimmicky - just iron. The atmosphere just gets you pumped, makes you ready to do battle. Plus, it’s called HOG Gym being an alumni of the University of Arkansas - go Hogs - I had to come here. This is one of the best gyms I’ve ever been too, and I’ve been to gyms all over the country/world.

Where do I begin? Fit4Mom Georgetown has changed the course of my life. Motherhood can be such an isolating time, but with this group of women, I know I have found a little tribe.
Everyone is welcoming and so happy to be there! I get adult conversation, a ready sounding board, and a freaking great workout. My daughter gets to laugh and play with her buddies, enjoy storytime, do crafts, and see so many examples of what strong women (not just physically strong) look like.
The instructors are knowledgeable about modifications for all of the stages of motherhood (pregnancy to post natal and everything in between). And there is no judgment. Not doing burpees today? No problem. Are you just chatting and missed the instructions for the second time? They understand.
In short, if you're looking for a fun place to get a great workout with a bunch of great ladies, then this is worth a try!

A certified trainer provides a level of personalization that a group class cannot. By focusing on your specific goals—whether that's recovering from an injury or training for a local event—you'll see faster, safer results.
Safety and expertise should be your top priorities. Ensure your coach holds a credential from a recognized body such as NASM, ACE, or ACSM. If you are looking for high-performance athletic training, look for an NSCA-certified specialist (CSCS).
One of the best ways to lower your bill is the hybrid approach. Use a personal trainer for a weekly check-in to perfect your technique, then apply what you've learned in your own solo workouts at the gym or at home.

“Earned not given.” With a Bachelors degree in Athletic Training, 12 yrs as a gymnast/ coach, Ironman triathlete & 13+ years as a certified personal trainer; fitness has always been a part of my life. Through my own health journey I’ve found that it gave me a relatability to my clients & what they're going through in their pursuit of fitness. I started Myoletics in order to train without restraints from “big box gyms” and to avoid being perceived as a stereotypical “trainer.” I am dedicated to helping my clients achieve success by growing self-confidence through proper training methods & nutritional guidelines adopting health & fitness into a way of life.
By creating personalized fitness programs based on my clients goals & nutritional guidelines to help them create a lifestyle around what & how to eat.
Focus. Hard work & consistency. Understanding that there is no such thing as a quick fix.
Getting the opportunity to help others understand that they are stronger, confident & more capable than they realize. Seeing people get their health & lives back.
I have always had an entrepreneurial desire from my father who is an entrepreneur as well. I worked in big box gyms, for other employers & realized; “Why am I growing someone elses dreams instead of my own?” Being self employed means I am able to develop quality relationships with my clients & decided that the best return will always come from investing in yourself.
As a certified personal trainer for 13+ years & a bachelors degree in athletic training I come with a greater base of knowledge & experience that a lot of other trainers may not have. I hold myself & my brand to a level of professionalism & enjoy developing real relationships with my clients.
Yes, I do offer online training & guided meal outlines for my remote clients so that they can conduct their workouts in a timing that best suits their schedule. It is done through an app with accountability because my clients have to check in before & after they perform their workouts. It also comes with messaging so they can leave questions or comments after/ during the program.
In person training is done in a private training facility which means no open memberships. We also take cleaning precautions with spray bottles & towels wiping down equipment before & after use. Also our facility has a cleaning service that performs weekly disinfecting spray downs of the entire facility.
