The place I've been looking for since moving out here this past July. My first class was yesterday, and loved it. The class trainer, Ava Mouton-Johnston, created an amazing atmosphere, with two rounds of high intense training. Ava is a great instructor, especially as she taught me on the spot how to hit the speed bag. Jordan, the young lady at the front desk, greeted me with a warm smile, checked me in, gave me a quick overview of the place and introduced me to the class trainer, Ava. Ava's energy will engulf you the moment you meet her, as her aura exudes excitement, and you can tell from the excitement in her eyes that she truly has a passion for this. Ava created an amazing atmosphere, with two rounds of high intense training. Ava is a great instructor, especially as she taught me on the spot how to hit the speed bag. If you need a class that's going to kick your butt & also be something you look forward to, here it is. I've gotten noticeably stronger and gained endurance since I've started. There's not a class quite like it. The instructors and the people around you make it fun, & with so many different exercises in one class, you don't get bored. Really amazing challenging workout! If you’re new, I would definitely recommend getting there early so they can explain the workout format! It also seems intimidating at first with all the different circuits // stations, but each station has the moves written down which is nice! It goes by pretty fast! I have been using ClassPass and have tried out many different studios and boutique gyms and this is by far the best class on the entire platform. It is a non-stop workout for an hour. You will sweat and feel the burn. There are a ton of girls in the class and a handful of guys. I started coming to fight club on Monday mornings last month, and I love it!! Kaitlyn, one of the trainers, invited me because the first class is free! After that I definitely took advantage of their new member deal: 4 classes for $44, and I come every week to get my day started right! I love Kaitlyn's classes, she's so fun and energetic, and we always get a great ab round in at some point. She's also great about jumping in to demonstrate form and motivating us to keep pushing when the timer is about to buzz. Overall, the energy of the environment is wonderful, the people that work there, and the people that I've met in class are wonderful.This place is great if you want some cardio, calisthenics, and light weight training, while still getting to punch and kick bags and get all your frustrations from your daily life out. We work with clients to figure out their goals and develop a strategy for how best to accomplish them, incorporating exercises that will focus on their target areas.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
We believe that exercise has to be enjoyable for it to be sustainable, and we believe our workouts will be the most fun you've had working out.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing clients making major progress and working hard, and leaving with a smile on their face is the most enjoyable aspect of my day.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Surrounding myself with people working hard to accomplish their goals is incredibly rewarding, and I wanted to make that the focus of my career.

Clients will work incredibly hard, but it will be on their own terms, helping to determine the focus of each workout. It's an incredibly welcoming community at our studio, and our Trainers are incredibly passionate about what they do.
