Brandon and Jessica focus on functional training which has improved my form and overall strength over time. The typical client I work with is 25-50 years old, yet many times when we get done with the first session. I find that they often have the physical capacity, endurance and strength of a poorly conditioned 60 year old. In most cases I can have them looking and felling strong & healthy within 4-6 months of proper exercise and nutrition.
About 20% of my clients are well conditioned athletes who want to take it to the next level in a particular sport or are multi sport athletes like myself.
