Personal Trainers

I was at a transitional point in my life - depressed, overweight, and needing a change. Signing up with YPB fitness has been the best decision I made for myself.
Brian is an excellent trainer! He uses several years of knowledge and expertise to tailor his program to meet each individual's needs. His approach is friendly and encouraging but also focused and professional. He will make you laugh while you are sweating through the reps, and working out has actually been fun (which rarely happens). I also enjoyed trying new things such as boxing.
I've dropped 3 sizes and lost 20 lbs. since I started training with Brian. What I've gained though, is a greater sense of confidence and more positive outlook on life. That transformation is worth just as much.

Personal Trainers

Brian has been helping my daughter and I to get a strong body by keeping us on track about what we need to do to see the results he offers by working out with him, I appreciated how available he is as well as how the app he offers to support whatever we are doing or not. We are very happy with him.

I needed help getting into a workout routine when I was postpartum with my first son. Michaela was incredibly knowledgeable, relatable, and downright down to earth. She works with you, with what you have, and holds you accountable. I still remember crying on the treadmill after running my fastest mile in my life. Personal Trainers

I cannot recommend Brian enough. He has helped me go from 240 lbs to 190. The no-pressure, just results attitude he brings is a breath of fresh air from some of the more intense trainers out there. Brian is thorough, has a plan and makes getting in shape not just life changing, but easy to do. The part that was great for me was the 3-stage consultation was free but gave a ton of value - it is worth talking to him just for that alone. More...
