I love not just seeing the change in your body but I love seeing the change in mindset. The new energy and motivation that my clients get after a couple months always gets me going! 😁

What inspired you to start your own business?

I was training in a gym for a couple months then Covid happend, then all of my clients from the gym wanted me to start training them in their homes so I did. Now I’m here 😌 It’s awesome!

I genuine love what I do. I believe you can feel that when I’m training you. My clients always tell me that their favorite thing about me isn’t the fact that I know how to train. But it’s my personality that they love the most.

Yes. I love doing online training. You would get a monthly training plan and a monthly nutrition plan. They both will be completely personalized to you.

There is one app that I use for training and nutrition. It’s called Trainerize. In this app, you will get your daily workout, workout reminders, workout tutorials and you will also have your nutrition in the app as well.

To hold you accountable, I’ll reach out to you everyday that you’re scheduled to train to make sure you get your workout done.

Lastly, we will have a weekly check in to make sure you’re following the plan and progressing adequately. If we have to make changes, then we will.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

I will mask up if my client wants me too. I also get tested once a month just to make sure I’m negative and not putting any of my clients in danger. I am also fully vaccinated.
