If you’re like me ... I’ll always show up for a scheduled appointment but if it’s something I have to fit in or schedule it just doesn’t happen!! That’s why GymGuyz has been the solution for my husband and I. I couldn’t be more pleased in my husbands flexibility and enhanced strength and my core and upper body work I like and need. They give educated and calculated designed movements customized for each individual. Thank you. We are very happy!

Are you interested in what the Tribe Lifestyle could bring to your overall health? What it pertains too? Tribe is MUCH more than a weight loss method. It is a lifestyle! "Food makes me feel........" So many clients have shared their feelings with me relating emotion to food and food to emotions. Have you ever had this feeling: guilt, when there is another bite of brownie cheesecake or eat extra bread at the restaurant and your pants get a little snug in the waist?

I can’t say enough good things about Tumbling with JoJo and Coach JoJo! My daughter has progressed so much in the month that we’ve been coming. She was in another tumbling class for 2 years and never progressed. My husband and I are amazed at what our daughter has accomplished in this short period!! Tumbling with JoJo is the best!!!

I go to this gym. I've been going here since April and not only is the coach a great coach but he's a great person. It's a sweat gym where you work hard. There is a boxing arena upstairs and regular fighting. I learned how to box in about 3 months. I'm very happy to still be a member here and highly recommend joining if you are serious about learning how to box.

From the moment I found out about crossfit I have been waiting for the opportunity to find a box! Crossfit has been amazing for me and I knew it would take me to the next level but it's also important that the environment in the box has to have good vibes and mainline crossfit was on point... crossfit help take me to the person I have been fighting to be, and that's is a happier and healthier me. I'm happy to say I am down to 216.4 lbs from 223.6 lbs... I have lost 7.2 lbs during my 21 day crossfit challenge. My goal is to reach 145lbs within next year, and I am sure Mainline crossfit can take me there. Special thanks Betsy our team lead! Boddd Squad! Thank you to all coaches Heather, Kekio, Daniel, and Michael...(I'm sure I'm missing someone) Everyone was very welcoming and nice to my co worker and I. We had a blast!

Clean gym with minimal wear and tear on equipment. Steam room and sauna in the locker rooms along with free towel service are great amenities. Never crowded in mornings or during the lunch hour. Can't speak for evenings but the place is big enough to accommodate a lot of people. Sign up fee was a little steep but the "Prove It" membership offers a fair price for what you get (currently $26/month - May 2016). I work right down the road and would certainly recommend Fairmount to anyone looking to get a workout in before, during, or after work.

About 3 years ago, someone recommended to me Relaxation Station in King of Prussia. I have a very bad neck and really needed relief. After my first visit there, I left feeling like I was walking on a cloud and had no pain at all in my neck and back. Later that evening, I noticed how incredibly relaxed and energized I was. I haven't felt that way in many years. The next morning while taking my dogs for a walk, I realized that I never once yesterday picked up a cigarette yesterday and didn't even give it a thought to even the following day. I haven't smoked since that first massage 3 years ago. I really do attribute my quitting smoking to that first accu-pressure massage. Absolutely incredible. I seel them once a month, every month since to make sure that I stay out of pain. I can't say enough great things about this place!!!

If you want your kid to be the best Athlete possible, bring him to AC. My Son and I have been using the same family of trainers since 2009. The Tolberts consist of NCAA wrestlers and UFC fighters. These guys know how to train you into tip top shape for any sport. It showed in my Son's basketball and Lacrosse skills this past 2016 season. Stu and his gang are a class act and the facility has something for every sport. Don't send your kid to some old dude who never played competitive basketball; send your kid to a pro for TOP results.Thomas Kuranda
Should I work out every day of the week?
It depends on your end goal. If you’re training for a marathon, you might work out nearly every day of the week. If you’re a low-level beginner, a minimum of three times a week is enough to make a noticeable impact. No matter what you’re working out for, everyone needs rest and recovery days. Without them, your muscles won’t be able to recuperate and grow strong, so remember to factor in some down-time, too!
Where can I have my personal training sessions?
Pretty much anywhere! The great thing about personal training is that it’s flexible - as long as you have the necessary equipment, you and your instructor can decide to have your sessions from the gym, your home, the park, or even your office if you want to!
Does my fitness instructor need to know anything about me?
Yes! First of all, they will chat with you about your goals, and discuss the best way to achieve them. They should also ask you to fill in a consent form to check that you don’t have any pre-existing health conditions that could impact your exercise. They’ll also carry out a health assessment to get a better idea of your current fitness level, tailoring your workout plan around that.
What does a standard personal training session involve?
It's tricky to say, as personal training sessions vary significantly depending on what you want to achieve and the type of workout. Generally, one personal training session tends to last forty-five minutes to one hour. It will start with a gentle warm-up, followed by the nitty-gritty of the actual workout, with stretches to end the session. Remember, warming up and stretching is essential for injury prevention - it’s just as important as the main part of the workout!
What qualifications should a personal trainer have?
A personal trainer needs to be clued up on all aspects of fitness, from the most effective exercise techniques to nutrition and human anatomy- that’s a lot of responsibility! You need to make sure your professional is suitably qualified for the job. After all, you shouldn’t cut corners when it comes to investing in your health. Make sure your trainer has the minimum qualifications required to practice. In the UK, this is the Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification.
Can I get a Personal Trainer online?
Absolutely! Online personal training has become increasingly popular as more people are looking to maintain their fitness during lockdowns and gyms closing. As long as you and your personal trainer have a strong internet connection and a device to stream on like a laptop, tablet or smartphone, there's no reason why your session can't be delivered remotely.
