After I joined, he worked with me closely on a customized meal plan and answered all the silly questions I had. The gym itself is a small but motivating studio, with trainers that pay close attention to your movements and strengths and motivated me to push harder. The trainers are kind, motivating and extremely helpful. The first week I was sore like crazy, but with the consistency of it it became second nature. I was only there for six weeks because I ended up moving really far, but in six weeks I lost the pounds and inches I was hoping to lose and I genuinely feel stronger in all parts of my body--my endurance has increased immensely. The workouts and food tips I've learned throughout my time at AB Fitness I plan to carry with me throughout my life as I work on creating healthier habits and building a sustainable lifestyle. I'm grateful to have found AB Fitness and would recommend anyone to check them out!
