Find a Personal Trainer in West Caldwell

After losing the battle of the bulge for years I turned to Jay for help 4 months ago. Training with Jay twice a week, following his nutrition and supplement plan and working out on my own an additional 3 to 4 days a week has been nothing short of amazing. My results so far; lost 4" around my waist, lost 21 lbs of body fat, reduced BF% by 7% and added muscle. Jay's workouts are challenging and interesting. After dozens of sessions he is still introducing new exercises and complex movements. I always look forward to my next training day. @jaycinfitness is the real deal!

The best thing I've done for myself is started working with Ryan at Inner Strength Personal Training. I've only been working with Ryan for a little over a month and have already lost 11 lbs. (6 inches) with his guidance. He is very knowledgeable, patient and dedicated to working with you on your goals. Someone you can really work with. His workouts are never the same so you won't get bored. You'll challenge yourself, he'll support you but won't push you over the edge. He's very good about your posture so you won't get hurt during your workouts. I love the smaller groups so you don't feel like you get lost in a crowded gym. Very supportive atmosphere. He sends messages and stays in touch with you and answers any questions you may have along the way. I actually look forward to my workouts. I highly recommend calling Ryan! You won't be dissapointed.

I love this gym, it's under new ownership (Noveen is awesome) and it's a place I look forward to going to every day. Judgement free zone and all female, so it's as comfortable as it can get. Would recommend 10/10.

I had the pleasure of working along side Aubrey years ago in one of the top gyms in the world. The moment I met her I knew she was well ahead of the curve. I've trained with Performance Incorporated for over 3 years. My friend at work recommended hem to me, he brought his kid there for football conditioning and convinced me to try them. Back then I just wanted to loose all the baby weight and get toned, but it ended up being a true life altering experience. Not only I was able to get in the best shape I has ever been in my whole life, but I also learned how train myself and stay in check and exited about my training schedule.
