What stands out about Jay is that despite the number of clients he has he gets to know you as an individual. So while he runs group training, he will change specific parts of the work out for you on demand when you show up if it makes sense. It's almost like getting personal training. It allows you to get the most out of the time you show up and makes it enjoyable which will bring you back again and again.

Personally, working with him in his program I've achieved tremendous results and more importantly sustained which is where everything I else tried failed. I found belief and confidence in my journey that I just haven't had in many, many years.

I tried losing weight multiple times in the past, from simple calorie reduction to intermittent fasting. I managed to lose some weight (which wound up being muscle) and plateaued. Once I found Jay Cin Fitness and connected with Coach Bobbie, my life changed. She taught me the importance of eating the right types and amount of food (which winds up being alot) in order to lose weight. She also managed to customize a workout routine that I could do in my small home office that worked for my busy family/work schedule. At 41 and maintaining 50 pounds down I feel fantastic. I found Jay Cin Fitness last fall when I decided that I needed help with weight loss and improving my health in general. Jay explained different programs that I could use and after a few trial classes I signed up for a 6 week challenge program. It honestly exceeded my expectations as I was able to go from 145lbs to 135lbs in that period of time AND achieve body re-composition when I gained muscle while losing fat. The thing I like the most about this gym is that all of the trainers really make sure that you understand exercise and teach you correct form of each one. After losing the battle of the bulge for years I turned to Jay for help 4 months ago. Training with Jay twice a week, following his nutrition and supplement plan and working out on my own an additional 3 to 4 days a week has been nothing short of amazing. My results so far; lost 4" around my waist, lost 21 lbs of body fat, reduced BF% by 7% and added muscle. Jay's workouts are challenging and interesting. A healthy diet is CRUCIAL towards one's health and wellbeing. HOWEVER -- a healthy diet by itself is not enough.

We find that while most people DO eat healthy these days, they AREN'T eating IN ALIGNMENT with what their goals are... and this is where the frustration comes in. That's why with our clients we focus on BOTH -- eating healthy, but ALSO in a way that produces noticeable, sustainable results.
