KS is a friendly family owned gym! All the employees are extremely kind! Everyone makes you feel very welcomed! The gym is newly updated and very clean! I used to be really religious about going to the gym when I lived in both Maryland and Long Island, but I had trouble finding a gym that suited all my needs once I got back to New Jersey. KS seems to fit that. Although there are competing gyms in the area that have a larger selection of equipment for a lower price, KS is family owned, much friendlier, and has a more central location. There are also not a lot of "juice-heads" who go there. It tends to be a a pretty non-pretentious crowd. It could just be open a little later. More...

I love this gym. Friendly staff & oddly enough, even in this town, the members are friendly & down to earth as well. I actually look forward to going to the gym everyday b/c of the clean & friendly environment. Furthermore, the maintenance crew is very trusting & honorable. I've left valuables in the locker room on more than one occasion only to have them returned to me multiple days later; something I can assure you would not happen in the surrounding gyms. I lean toward family owned establishments for reasons listed above. +1 to KS FitnessPs: I also have heard from a credible source, that the karate section for the kids is good to go.
