Good clean gym but communication between management and members is sometimes lacking. Showed up this morning to workout at 5am for the usual opening time and I was one of several members sitting in the parking lot waiting for the gym to open. Apparently the gym was not opening until 7am. Speaking with the other members, no one was told about the change in hours, there were no signs posted on the door/inside the gym and nothing was mentioned on the Facebook page. Love it here! The only neg thing i can say is that i stopped coming for 3 yrs paying still every month, just started up again and i wish someone could just refresh me on the machines! I asked and got no answer

I have been a member here for about 2 1/2 years. I love it. Rob King is fantastic at the desk- he always finds me an answer no matter how weird my question and he’s so happy to greet the guests and have a little conversation. The rest of the desk staff is always friendly as well. The instructors are phenomenal- I have come back from major surgery and they truly care about you. Theresa, Cathy, Danielle, Ginger and Julie are always so encouraging and make workouts fun. Tara is such a great addition to the schedule and I’m looking forward to her classes! Can’t imagine going anywhere else. I have made such a great group of supportive lady friends here- I don’t know where I’d be without them! Definitely my home away from home! More...

After having a near fatal heart attack, caused by a blood clot.. I was told NO physical activity, for 27 months... I was a gym rat before I went to TR Fitness. . I found out my health insurance actually pays for Crunch Fitness, so when I got medically cleared, I decided to give it a shot... Every day for the last month I've been at Crunch Fitness... it's an amazing gym, they have amazing people working there.. even the people working out are awesome... In the month of going there, not one bad experience.. totally the opposite, it gets better and better.. So, if you're looking for a gym that feels more like a family outing... give Crunch shot you won't regret it... I love this gym. The price is phenomenal. They have great classes. The hydro bed is awesome. They have tanning, everything is clean and spacious. The staff is so friendly. Just a great place to destress, workout and relax. I'm so happy with it that I signed up my 3 teenage daughters. More...

I love the instructors, especially the vivacious instructor Ginger, her energy and knowledge was impressive! The only equipment they need (and have room for) is the abductor, having had bilateral total knee replacement it's really necessary.

I just love this place. The pound class is so much fun. I must thank Ginger for motivating me to take her tread and shed class. I've been taking most of her other classes for the past few months as well. She is one of my favorite instructors. So informative, caring and kind and obviously loves what she does. I just came back from a 2 week vacation in Puerto Vallarta in which (because of taking Ginger's tread and shed class), made my husband get up every morning and take a 4 mile jog with me. Before taking Ginger's tread class I had never ever ran on a treadmill or on a street. Cathy, Theresa and Danielle are great too. When I can't make it earlier in the day I look forward to taking their cardio tai class or body shred!! More...
