I've never trained anywhere before so I don't have a lot to compare to but, so far I'm very happy with my choice. I train with the Owner, Mike. He's been great! Very flexible scheduling, Competitive rates, and he gives me a good workout without pushing me past my limit. The gym is clean and has a lot of equipment, including a ton of free weights. They have Zumba and Yoga too! The thing I like the most is the intimate atmosphere. It's not intimidating at all and I feel very welcomed while I'm there. Hopefully I'll have some amazing results to review about in a few months!
