I have trained with Elkady and he is a top class trainer. He first understands the goals and where I was and then worked out a program with incremental visible results that included exercises and nutrition. I highly recommend him.

I have been training with Elkady for almost 1 year, and could not be happier. I started strength training to stop getting injured while swimming/biking/running (and by my border collies! ). Elkady keeps my training programs diverse ( I hate doing the same program for months), yet challenging. And he will sometimes throw in an exercise to show how much progression has been made. I find that very encouraging and it does help me keep with the exercises. He is also very attentive to form, will make sure you are doing exercise correctly, and more importantly will adjust your training session depending on energy, "what life is throwing at you". I have been training with Elkady since December of 2023. We started out with two sessions week and now five sessions a week. I have noticed a significant improvement in my weight loss goals and overall fitness improvement. He has taught me how to work out properly and customizes a program based on my level of experience, age, and level of fitness. Working out with him takes the stress out of me figuring out what to do. I trust him and follow his plan. The persoal coaching and private environment is ideal for me to stay focused and avoid distractions. Q&As

Healthy diet should:
1. Include all the macronutrients and micronutrients our bodies need.
2. Designed to fit you caloric expenditure.
3. Does not include any processed food, GO ORGANIC!
4. Take into consideration any allergies or digestive issues you might have.
5. Includes cheat meals.

It all comes down to 4 things:
1. Sustainability:
Workout and Nutrition should NOT be hard to the extent that turns you away, first we set the standard that will get you to your goal, then we implement baby steps to create the habits that will help you commit to that standard.
2. Precision:
I use "Safe and gradual" progression method through workouts by keeping track of your performance, and picking the right time to either progress or regress, weather by increasing intensity, or by introducing new workouts.
Also, you will have your designated heart rate monitor that allows us to check your status during the workout to make sure you are in the right heartrate zone.
3. Measurements:
I use the "Inbody" technology to measure your overall weight, your skeletal muscle mass, your body fat percentage, and your total body water. The Inbody technology allows me to determine your basal metabolic rate, which allows me to scientifically determine the amount of calories your body needs to reach your goals. The Inbody is also a great way to track your progress as we do it every 4 weeks to make sure that the plan is effective and to make any necessary adjustments to either the workout or the nutrition.
4. Fun = Motivation:
Workout and nutrition should be fun and motivating, we all have different personalities with different approaches that motivates us, As we interact together during our workouts, I will asses which personality type you have (A, B, C, or D) then I will determine the best approach to make the whole experience fun and fulfilling.

Maybe for experienced clients that only requires accountability. But definitely not for beginner clients.
If you are a beginner, you need in person help, or else you are just wasting your money.

My studio takes only one visitor at a time, so there is a minimum contact. I also take time between appointments to disinfect. There are masks available. And I constantly check on clients if they are having any symptoms.
